Seller and campaign
The legal seller is Natalia Ruiz-Tunon, based in Spain. This is an independently organized fundraiser and is not operated by Escuela Caracol, Atitlán Education Project, or United Charitable.
The donation promise
The draft campaign model pledges €10 for each fulfilled, non-refunded candle. After fulfilment and the applicable return period, the euro total will be converted once and donated in U.S. dollars through Atitlán Education Project, a fiscally sponsored project of United Charitable. The final euro and dollar totals will be published on this site.
Purchases and direct donations
A candle order is a retail purchase and should not be treated as a tax-deductible donation. Visitors who want to give without receiving a candle can use the official direct-donation page linked from the site.
Before sales open
- Approved seller contact information will be published.
- Delivery regions, prices, timing, returns, and withdrawal instructions will be finalized.
- The product specification, safety information, and candle photographs will be added.
- The Spanish tax treatment and final VAT-inclusive price will be confirmed.
- Privacy information for the Square checkout and fulfilment workflow will be completed.
